1.0 Introduction
Mauritius Telecom Ltd (referred to as “Mauritius Telecom”) is running a lottery scheme (“Lottery”) from 15 August 2025 to 31 October 2025 (“Lottery Period”), for all residential fixed line customers registered or registering for eBill. Participation in this Lottery is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
2.0 Rules of Participation
2.1 The Lottery is open to all residential fixed line customers aged 18 years and above, residing in Mauritius and Rodrigues, who are registered for eBill or who register for eBill during the Lottery Period.
2.2 Customers must register for eBill through any of the following channels:

2.3 Customers who have unsubscribed from eBill at the time of any draw will not be eligible for that draw.
2.4 Each eligible customer will receive one (1) lottery ticket per fixed line number registered for eBill.
2.5 One lottery ticket shall be assigned to each eligible customer prior to each of the three (3) draws.
2.6 Customers who win in one draw will be excluded from subsequent draws. All other participants from that draw will remain eligible for the next draws.
2.7 Customers may opt out of the Lottery at any time by following the instructions in clause 5.3 below.
2.8 Entry into the Lottery is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Mauritius Telecom Privacy Policy, which participants acknowledge to have read and understood.
3.0 Draw and Prize
3.1 There shall be a total of three (3) draws with three (3) different winners.
3.2 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
3.3 Mauritius Telecom will not entertain any claim for prizes made after three (3) months from the date of the respective draw.
3.4 The draws will be conducted under the supervision of the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) on the following dates:

1st Draw: 17 September 2025 at 10:00 hrs

2nd Draw: 17 October 2025 at 10:00 hrs

3rd Draw: 17 November 2025 at 10:00 hrs
4.0 Winner
4.1 Winners will have six (6) months from the draw date to claim their prize.
4.2 Prizes will be released to winners upon presentation of valid identification to Mauritius Telecom’s satisfaction.
4.3 The publication of the winner’s name, photograph, or other details for promotional purposes shall be subject to the winner’s prior consent.
5.0 Data Protection
5.1 Mauritius Telecom will process personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2017 and its Privacy Policy.
5.2 Personal data collected will only be used to administer the Lottery and notify winners, unless additional consent is obtained.
5.3 Customers wishing to opt out of the Lottery may do so at any time by emailing contact@telecom.mu with their request.
6.0 Limitation of Liability
Mauritius Telecom and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
6.1 Any cancellation or postponement of the Lottery due to events beyond its control.
6.2 Technical failures affecting participation.
6.3 Any loss, injury, or damage related to the acceptance or use of the prize.
7.0 Miscellaneous
7.1 Mauritius Telecom reserves the right to amend or cancel the Lottery and these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice, subject to GRA approval.
7.2 In case of any discrepancies between promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
7.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
