2. How to register to eBill?
You can register on telecom app
- On the my.t home section, tap on “Register to eBill”
- Tap on “Add” in section ‘Bill by email’
- Enter your email address to receive your OTP
- Enter the OTP received by mail on the app
- Your email will be registered
Note: Register now! You will benefit from Rs 25 discount on your next Fixed bill (once-off).

You can view your eBills using any PDF reader software.
7. On how many emails can I receive my eBill?
You can receive your eBill on a maximum of 5 email addresses.
8. Will I still receive paper bills if I register to eBill?
No. Once subscribed to eBill, you will no longer receive your bills by post.
9. Can I print an eBill?
Yes, eBills are available in PDF format, so you can print them easily.
10. How can I access my previous eBills?
You can always access your previous eBills through your mail.
11. What should I do if I have not received my eBill?

13. I have multiple Fixed lines under my name at Mauritius Telecom. Can I subscribe to eBill for all accounts using the same email address?
Yes, you can subscribe to eBill for multiple accounts using the same email address.

o Go on the my.t home section on your telecom app
o Tap on “Register to eBill”
o Tap on “Add” in section ‘Bill by email’
o Add your email address
o You will receive an OTP on the email address
o Enter the OTP received by email on your telecom app
o Your email address will be added
15. I have changed my email address. Where can I update my email address to continue receiving my eBill for my.t home?
You can update your email address on telecom app

- Tap on profile icon
- Tap on “Add” in section ‘Bill by email’
- Add your new email address
- You will receive an OTP on your new email address
- Enter the OTP received by mail on your telecom app
- Your new email address will be added
To remove your old email address, tap on the delete icon next to it.

Your email address will be added.

Itemized bill is not available on telecom App. Please go to selfcare.telecom.mu or visit a Telecom Shop with your NID card if you need an itemized bill.
