- Eligibility
1.1 The e-waste campaign is open to all Mauritian citizens aged 18 and above. Participants must adhere to all terms and conditions; failure to comply may result in disqualification from the campaign.

2.1 The campaign will run from [start date] to [end date] at all Telecom shops in Mauritius and Rodrigues. Mauritius Telecom reserves the right to amend the campaign duration without prior notice.
- Terms and Conditions
3.1Voluntary Participation:
Participation in the campaign is entirely voluntary. Mauritius Telecom’s responsibility is limited to the collection and recycling of e-waste items submitted by participants.
3.2 Ownership of E-Waste:
Participants affirm that they are the rightful owners of the devices or have obtained permission to dispose of them. Mauritius Telecom shall not be liable for any disputes regarding ownership.
3.3 Data Responsibility:
Participants are required to remove all personal and confidential data from their devices prior to recycling. Mauritius Telecom accepts no responsibility for any data loss or breaches that may occur.
3.4 No Liability for Damages:
Mauritius Telecom shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the campaign, including but not limited to data loss or environmental hazards.
3.5 No Warranty:
There are no warranties concerning the e-waste recycling process. While items will be processed according to standard procedures, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3.6 Environmental Compliance:
Mauritius Telecom is committed to processing e-waste in accordance with local and international environmental regulations.
3.7 Changes to the Campaign:
Mauritius Telecom reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated through appropriate channels.
General Terms
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.

By disposing of any material into the recycle box, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
