- Package 1 : Unlimited calls my.t Fixed to my.t Fixed at Rs 1 per month
- Package 2 : All Unlimited at Rs 10 per month
- Unlimited Calls to my.t Fixed
- Unlimited calls to my.t mobile
- Unlimited calls to other operators (both Fixed and Mobile)
- Unlimited calls to voice short codes (toll free)
- Which type of calls are excluded in the Unlimited Fixed Package?
The following calls shall be excluded in the Unlimited Fixed Packages:-
- International calls
- Roaming calls
- Calls to Special Service Numbers
- Who can register for an Unlimited Fixed Package?
Any customer having a residential Fixed Line can register to the Unlimited Fixed Package?
- How many Unlimited Fixed Package can I have on my telephone line?
You can register to only one package at one point in time on your telephone line.
- Is package available to Business Fixed Line?
Unfortunately not, the Unlimited Fixed Packages are valid only for residential customers.
- How do I register for an Unlimited Fixed Package?
It’s really easy!
- Download the my.t Self Care App
- Create your account on Self Care App
- Then go “Add an account”
- Click on “my.t home”
- Scan the QR code on your my.t Fixed bill
- Input NID/passport number for owner of Fixed line
- Give a name for the bill
How to subscribe to Unlimited Fixed Package
- Go to “my account”
- Select the Fixed line number on which you want to have the package
- Choose the “Unlimited Fixed Package” you want
- Input your self care mPIN
- You will receive app notification
Or Visit your nearest Telecom Shop with your NID to subscribe to the Unlimited Fixed Package.
- Why should I choose an Unlimited Fixed Package over the classic fixed offer?
With the Unlimited Fixed Package you can speak with your loved ones as much as you want.
- When will the service be activated?
Your Unlimited Fixed Package will be activated immediately after registration.
- Do I still pay the Rental for Fixed Service if I take the Unlimited Fixed Package?
Yes, you need to still pay the Rental Fee for your Fixed Line.
- How long is the contract period?
The contract period for the Unlimited Packages is 12 months.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my Unlimited Fixed Package anytime I want?
Yes, you can and the upgrade/downgrade will take effect immediately. Your bill will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
- How to upgrade my Unlimited Fixed Package?

- Select the Fixed line number on which you want to have the package
- Choose the “Unlimited Fixed Package” you want
- Input your self care mPIN

A fixed penalty fee of Rs 1500 (VAT incl.) applies upon cancellation before the minimum term of contract.
